Job Description:

As a Route Specialist at Charleigh's Precious Cargo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of Scholars to and from their designated locations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Operating designated routes according to the provided schedule.

2. Safely transporting scholars to their destinations in a timely manner.

3. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

4. Following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

5. Communicating effectively with parents, school staff, and CPC management.

6. Providing excellent customer service to Scholars and their families.

7. Must be okay with traveling up to 60 miles depending on route.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.

• Clean driving record.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work well independently.

• Prior experience in transportation or related field preferred.
